The Ask:
The Leadership and HR Team wanted a way for new employees to quickly pick up on staff lingo and insider language.
The Audience:
New staff members.
The Problem:
Elevation is almost 2 decades old with a rich history and lots of “insider” short hand that can make newcomers feel left out.
The Solution:
We designed a fun, easy-to-digest “dictionary” that showcases the quirkiness of our culture and invites them in by sharing the origin stories of each term.
The Outcome:
This guide has made hundreds of new staff members feel welcome and included — and it’s still in use today 🙂
My Role: Served as Lead Writer and Editor alongside a Junior Writer to provide them with direction and tone.
